About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be the heartbeat of our café, creating flavorful beverages and fostering an inviting atmosphere that aligns with our mission. You will have the opportunity to engage with our community and share our love for farm-driven foods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft delicious coffee and specialty drinks using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming environment.
- Educate customers on our mission and offerings, encouraging them to participate in our community events and workshops.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to support various initiatives, including recipe swaps and pop-up dinners.
Qualifications:
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred, but a passion for coffee and community is what truly counts!
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
