Lalla Grill Oceanside on Cannery Row is looking for an experienced part-time assistant manager to join the team. The needs are 4 day shifts typically 10 am – 5 pm. Pay depends on experience ranging from $25 – $27 per hour. We’re looking for a self-starter, professional, with a positive attitude.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Floor managing.
- Managing FOH staff.
- Managing labor requirements.
- Coordinating and facilitating the operations and communication between BOH and FOH.
- Attending to customers’ needs.
- Greeting customers.
- Answering inbound calls.
Part-Time 28-32 hours per week.
