Join our team as a Culinary Expeditor and play a key role in leading dinner service. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a superior guest experience that captures the essence of our surroundings. Key tasks involve setting up and organizing the kitchen pass and woodgrill, preparing equipment for service, managing dietary requirements, and coordinating with the team to maintain efficiency and quality.

Essential Job Functions:

Coordinate each service period from the pass
Ensure all necessary garnishes are prepared for dinner service
Set up & break down the pass area
Provide support on the floor as needed to meet service requirements

Minimum Education, Experience & Physical Requirements:

High School diploma; college or culinary school education preferred
Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience
Valid CA Food Handler Card obtained within 30 days of hire
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Exposure to varying temperatures and ability to stand for extended periods
