Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their agricultural needs and providing tailored product solutions.
Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate agricultural products to clients, highlighting features and benefits to meet their specific requirements.
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets, including identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
Administrative Tasks: Prepare sales contracts, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and provide regular reports to management.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in sales, particularly within the agricultural sector, is advantageous.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with agricultural products and services, and the ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and overcome sales challenges.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events as required.
