Yogativity Learning is a Monterey County based education company. We are looking for people who will share our passion for education, encouragement and making a difference in lives of students. Our educators come from different backgrounds: yoga instructors, PE teachers, educators, stay at home parents looking for extra income, students, retired teachers, retired professionals, and many more.
What you will be doing:
Lead after school movement and drawing classes for elementary students (K-6) in the Salinas Valley while getting them excited about school and exploring the world around them.
Teach provided lesson plans in a fun and engaging way
Introduce kids to new concepts in physical and mental health, creative arts and/ or stem.
What we are looking for:
Experience working with groups of kids
Effective group management skills – training provided
Energetic, kind, and patient personality
Ability to keep students engaged during the class
Punctual and reliable, with access to a reliable form of transportation
What your schedule will look like:
Classes are in the afternoon between 3-6PM
Classes are Monday through Friday
Classes are located at locations throughout Monterey County – Greenfield needed immediately.
Starting Salary Description
$120 per day ($40/hr) plus
