About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate team. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational, computer, and communication skills who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running smoothly.

Experience in real estate is not required.

 

Key Responsibilities

Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
Coordinate communication between agents, clients, lenders, escrow officers, inspectors, and all parties involved
Track important deadlines and ensure timely completion of required documents
Organize and maintain transaction files (both electronic and paper)
Assist with listing preparation, disclosures, and document review
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, agents, and vendors
Support the office team with administrative tasks and marketing projects as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and company information
What We’re Looking For

Organized, punctual, and reliable individual with strong attention to detail
Excellent computer and phone communication skills
Fluent in Spanish — required
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Knowledge of general office procedures preferred
Experience in real estate or transaction coordination is a plus, but not required
