General Maintenance Job Description
Aladin Properties is looking for a Jack (or Jill) of all trades. A person that is interested in and has basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliances, door and window repair. This person needs to be able to trouble shoot an issue, enlist the proper team member and assist with the repair.

- Complete work orders as assigned in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and tenants
- Ready units for new tenants
- Ability to diagnose issues and plan out repairs in a safe working environment
- Ability to work individually or in a team environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment

- Work Order issues can include but are not limited to:
- Change out electrical outlets and fixtures
- Change toilets and angle stops
- Snake sewer lines
- Diagnose and repair issues with various household appliances: stoves, refrigerators, wall heaters
- Repair or replace faucets, change stem valve
- Ability to describe work performed & track parts used
- Drywall repair, tape, texture, paint
- Basic carpentry skills

Salary Range: $20.00-$24.00 to start with revaluation after the 90-day probationary period.
