Kayros Multiservices empowers families, entrepreneurs, and small businesses through tax preparation, accounting & bookkeeping, payroll services, business formation, and financial guidance. We proudly assist our community in English and Spanish, locally in Salinas and nationwide.
We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated, professional, and innovative individual to join our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide professional, friendly, and attentive customer service
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and support daily office operations
- Assist with client onboarding, document organization, and email communication
- Use Canva and digital tools to create simple graphics, forms, and internal materials
- Navigate AI-based applications and new technologies to support office efficiency
- Maintain accurate records, update internal tracking systems, and follow established processes
- Support administrative tasks for tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and business services (training provided)
- Contribute ideas, improvements, and creative solutions to enhance office systems
- Uphold Kayros’ standards of professionalism, integrity, efficiency, and client care
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking more than a receptionist—we are looking for a proactive, growth-oriented team member who brings value, creativity, and initiative.
The ideal candidate is:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
- Tech-Savvy – comfortable with computers and office software
- Creative & Resourceful – able to use Canva and open to learning new AI tools
- Innovative – brings ideas, suggests improvements, and helps the office grow
- Professional & Responsible – shows excellent communication and reliability
- Positive Attitude – brings a strong work ethic and teamwork mentality
- Organized & Efficient – manages tasks, time, and details with accuracy
- Self-Starter – can work independently without waiting to be told every step

- Local to Salinas, CA – must work in-office
Experience in taxes, bookkeeping, or business services is NOT required, but it is a plus.
