We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians (Level I & II) to join our team in Monterey. If you have cleaning experience, can work independently, and want growth opportunities, we want to meet you!
This is a part-time employee position with growth potential and a $175 bonus after 6 months in good standing.

✨ What You’ll Get:
$19–$21/hr after 90-day training
$175 retention bonus after 6 months (good standing)
Promotion path to Cleaning Tech II ($21–$23/hr) / Senior Tech ($23–$25/hr)

🧽 What You’ll Do:
Clean homes, move-outs, and commercial spaces using a checklist
Drive company vehicle (clean driving record required)
Upload before/after photos & notes via Jobber app
Follow safety + chemical handling guidelines
Support newer team members as needed
📅 Schedule:
Part-time to start, potential for full-time
Typical shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
WEEKEND AVAILABILITY REQUIRED
✅ Requirements:
1–2 years paid cleaning experience
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)
Must pass a background check (Fair Chance employer)
REAL ID or other valid federal ID
Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling/notes
Dependable, professional, and detail-focused
