Job Overview
Del Monte Aviation is seeking an outgoing Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an individual with strong hospitality, retail, food & beverage and/or office work experience. Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment. Great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fun, exciting workplace with a wide variety of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain awareness of all incoming & outgoing aircraft activity.
Provide security of pedestrian and drive through gate.
Proficiently use multi-line telephone system.
Provide assistance to customers with hotel reservations, car rentals, catering, and other requests.
Proficiently use computer software to process payments.
Cash handling & maintenance of petty cash drawer.
Maintain landing log, line service board, etc.
Input next day arrivals and departures into Excel spreadsheet.
Use Outlook for email communication with customers, coworkers, and managers.
Input sales receipts and other information into QuickBooks.
Provide shuttle service to airport terminal/hotels for passengers & crew.
Communicate with aircraft and line service technicians using two-way radio.
Maintain customer database in Outlook.
Maintain neatness and organization in Customer Service area and all public areas.
Sort & distribute daily mail promptly
Photocopying, preparation of express mailings.

Skills

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
    Minimum 2 years of related customer service experience or equivalent.
    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with customers.
    Experience in customer service or client services roles is preferred.
    Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
    Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping.
    A friendly demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure while resolving customer concerns.
