Are you between 18 and 24, with a business idea brewing or a side hustle ready to explode? Monterey County Works’ Future Innovators Cadre is Monterey County’s exclusive bootcamp and internship designed to launch your entrepreneurial journey. We’ll equip you with the skills and resources to turn your ambition into reality.

Here’s what program applicants can expect: 

  • Dynamic and engaging: Master essential skills through interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and inspiring lectures.
  • Expert Mentorship: Gain valuable insights from successful entrepreneurs who’ve walked the path.
  • Local Focus: Leverage partnerships with Monterey County business associations for tailored resources and support.
  • Credible Credentials: Earn a mini-stackable credential recognized by the National Association of Entrepreneurship and Business Leadership (NAEBL) upon successful completion.
  • Paid internship: The two-week bootcamp is followed by an eight-week paid internship at $18 per hour.

Apply by July 26th and get ready to start the program on August 12th!
