Skills
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
2-4 years of demonstrated success experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in mortgage origination.
Active MLO license through the NMLS or the ability to obtain quickly.
Driven, motivated, self-starter with a history of sales success.
Success in managing the entire mortgage process, from application to closing.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities
At Motto Mortgage Reserve you will be the driving force in growing your business by acquiring and retaining new and existing clients. You will use your knowledge of the industry, communication skills, and sales insights to build relationships with borrowers, clients, and real estate professionals to assist them in acquiring home financing options.
Build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral sources.
Be available to coworkers, referral sources, and borrowers during standard working hours and on weekends, as needed.
Provide ongoing education, support, and marketing to business partners.
Deal honestly and ethically with borrowers, partners, and employees.
Work directly with borrowers to qualify, pull credit, run AUS, price and compare loan options, collect documents, and manage expectations.
Help establish the culture of a new operation that is part of one of the most respected mortgage franchises in the country.
