About the Position
M&J Trucking is seeking a reliable and motivated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, safety-focused, and willing to undergo regular background checks and drug screenings. This role involves hauling trash from Marina to Milpitas (approximately 280 miles round trip per load).
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A commercial truck to haul loads from Marina to Milpitas.
Complete 1–3 trips per day (140 miles each way, 280 miles round trip).
Ensure timely and safe delivery of all loads.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck.
Maintain compliance with all company safety standards and DOT regulations.
Compensation
$115–$120 per trip (potential for multiple trips daily).
Schedule
No set schedule or standard hours. Flexibility is required.
Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL.
Clean driving record.
Willing to undergo background checks and continuous drug testing.
Ability to work flexible, non-standard hours.
Open to training.
Ideally 30+ years of age.
Bilingual preferred.
