General Shop Assistant
Pay: $20 per hour
Shift:9 am-5:30 Pm
Weekly Hours: 24
Full Time/Part Time: Part time
Ace High Designs Inc is seeking a reliable and motivated Customer General Shop Assistant to support daily operations in our shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and learning hands-on skills in apparel decorating and sign production.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with setting up jobs and preparing orders
Clean and prep embroidered apparel
Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and over the phone
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with basic inquiries
Help with inventory organization and tracking
Perform light cleaning and general upkeep of the shop
Learn and assist with basic apparel decorating and screen-printing tasks
Support team members with general shop duties as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Good customer service skills and a positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills in apparel decorating and shop operations
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Prior experience is helpful but not required
Work Environment
Fast-paced, hands-on print and sign shop
Standing, light lifting, and manual tasks may be required
Supportive, team-oriented atmosphere
