Position Overview
Aquablue Skin & Body Spa is seeking a skilled and professional Certified Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, dedicated to providing excellent client care, and committed to creating a relaxing and therapeutic experience for each guest.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional massage therapy services in a spa environment
Assess client needs and customize treatments accordingly
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space
Educate clients on wellness, relaxation, and self-care techniques
Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat visits
Comply with all state licensing requirements, spa policies, and safety regulations
Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required
Qualifications
Current California Massage Therapy License (CMT)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Passion for health, wellness, and client satisfaction
Compensation
