Location: 222 Market Street, Santa Cruz, CA
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Construction of ADA accessibility improvements including two new compliant entrances
and renovation of two restrooms to ADA standards. Work includes demolition, concrete,
framing, doors, drywall, tile, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and finishes. Estimated duration:
40 working days.
FEDERAL & CITY REQUIREMENTS
This project is funded through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and is
subject to Section 3 requirements, Davis-Bacon prevailing wages, California DIR prevailing
wages, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations.

SECTION 3 PRIORITY
