Recreation Specialist
Here at Carmel Valley Ranch, our recreation specialists do everything from taking guests on guided hikes & garden walks to teaching archery & beekeeping classes to leading ATV tours and swimming.
If you love working outdoors, nature, people, and animals, this is the position for you! We offer a large variety of activities so while you won’t need to be able to lead all of them the more versatility the better. You’ll facilitate activities for hotel guests, working with kids, families, adults, and corporate groups. If you are interested but not experienced in some of these fields, we are happy to provide training to the right candidates.
Interest/experience desired in any of the following areas: hiking, botany, gardening, archery, plant/animal identification, youth activities, animal experiences (equine, donkeys, sheep, chickens, goats, alpacas, cows), UTV off-roading, team building, birding, crafting, beekeeping.
Provide details and information regarding activities to guests and assist in booking experiences.
This person must have good communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
