Job Description:
We’re looking for motivated and bilingual Car Sales Associates to join our growing team! Whether you have experience in sales or you’re just great with people, this is your chance to earn good money and grow in the car business.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the lot
- Listen to customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Explain features, pricing, and financing options
- Follow up with interested buyers to close deals
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory
- Provide great customer service from start to finish
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay — you earn for every car sold
- Bonus opportunities and room to grow within the dealership
