POSITION SUMMARY

J&M Cleaning Services Janitorial Corp. is seeking a dependable and experienced Manager to oversee daily janitorial service operations, coordinate cleaning staff, maintain service quality, and support positive relationships with clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to safety and consistent service delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Oversee daily janitorial operations and coordinate staffing, work assignments, schedules, and coverage.

·    Supervise, train, and support cleaning staff to ensure work is completed efficiently and to established standards.

·    Conduct site visits and quality inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with client requirements.

·    Communicate professionally with clients to address service requests, resolve concerns, and maintain strong working relationships.

·    Monitor cleaning supplies, equipment, inventory, and maintenance needs.

·    Maintain schedules, inspection records, staff documentation, and other operational reports as required.

·    Promote safe work practices and ensure staff follow applicable workplace and company procedures.

·    Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

·    Previous supervisory or management experience preferred; janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facilities services experience is an asset.

·    Strong leadership, team coordination, and interpersonal skills.

·    Effective verbal and written communication skills.

·    Ability to organize competing priorities, manage schedules, and resolve day-to-day issues.

·    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

·    Ability to use email and basic computer tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication.

·    Dependable, professional, and able to work independently while supporting a team.
