Senior-Level CNA / HHA – Private Estate In-Home Caregiver

We are seeking a caregiver who values commitment, shows initiative, and recognizes that

completing tasks.
Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
for a private in-home care position serving a discerning client in a respectful, well-managed
home environment. This opportunity is designed for a career caregiver who approaches their
work with professionalism, discretion, and genuine dedication to excellence in care.
This is a long-term placement for someone who understands that high-quality caregiving
requires consistency, emotional intelligence, and personal accountability. We have both
daytime and night time, contracted, part time set shift schedules available. The night time
shifts include 2-3 mandatory overnight shifts per month.

You are a seasoned caregiver who takes pride in reliability and professionalism. You
anticipate needs, maintain composure in all situations, and understand how to balance
warmth with strong boundaries. You are confident working with strong personalities and
recognize that trust is earned through consistency and follow-through.

Professional Requirements
– Active CNA or HHA certification
– Minimum 5+ years of private in-home caregiving experience
– Stable work history demonstrating long-term commitments
– Exceptional punctuality and attendance record
– Strong observational and communication skills
– Ability to work independently with sound judgment
– High level of discretion, professionalism, and respect for privacy
