Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Donut and Coffee Enthusiast to join our team at our bustling cafe-bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delighting customers with delicious donuts and premium coffee. Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve a variety of cooked-to-order donuts and high-quality coffee beverages to customers
– Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and answering inquiries
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food service area, including equipment and workstations
– Upsell products to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
– Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the quality and freshness of products
– Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
Experience:
– Prior experience in a customer service or food handling role is preferred
– Knowledge of basic culinary skill is a plus
– Barista experience preferred
– Familiarity with sales principles and comfort in face-to-face customer interactions
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
– Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
