Part-Time Sales Representative (Commission Only) (Flexible Hours)
Description
Overview: We’re looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Part-Time Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you’re a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven track record of success, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
Meets or exceeds sales quotas.
Generates and qualifies leads through networking, cold calling, prospecting techniques, and possibly door-to-door sales with businesses.
Creates and delivers persuasive sales presentations that emphasize the value of our products/services.
Develops an in-depth understanding of client needs and tailors solutions accordingly.
Creates monthly sales forecasts.
Negotiates contracts, pricing, and closes deals.
Builds long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Presents monthly sales reports to the CEO’s office.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system (Jobber).
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with the drive to work independently and as part of a team.
Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
Additional Desirable Skills:
Experience in the cleaning industry.
Proficiency in Jobber (company’s CRM system).
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to perform on-site assessments (walkthroughs).
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission Only: X% per Quarter (Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4) in sales (percentage determined based on experience and performance at 30-day and 90-day review periods)
Other Benefits:Use of a company vehicle with a gas budget (guidelines for part-time usage will apply).
