Description
The Wine Club Concierge is responsible for ensuring that wine club members receive an exceptional experience during their visits to the winery. This role focuses on customer interaction, finalizing new sign-ups, processing wine pick-ups, and maintaining accurate member records in Commerce7 and Tock. The Wine Club Concierge will work closely with the Lead Host to provide top-tier customer service and ensure the seamless execution of wine club benefits while on the property. Additionally, the Wine Club Concierge will work from the Provisions shop, assisting with merchandising, inventory management, and helping guests shop and check out.
Hours: Thursday through Monday 11:00 – 6:00
Compensation: $21-$23 / Hour DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to wine club members during winery visits.
Assist members with wine pick-ups, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
Finalize new member sign-ups and update records in Commerce7.
Maintain accurate member notes in Tock to personalize guest experiences.
Handle all incoming phone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt resolution of questions or concerns.
Participate in quarterly club-run packing and Wine Club pick-up parties.
Support the execution of exclusive member events and experiences.
Engage with members to build relationships and enhance retention.
Work cross-functionally with the hospitality team to uphold the highest standards of service.
Work from the Provisions shop, assisting with merchandising, inventory management, and guest checkout.
Manage all communications related to the wine club, including responding to member inquiries voicemail, email and RedChirp.
Serve as the wine club representative at all on-site events, including concerts, workshops, and special gatherings – providing support, engaging with members, and promoting club benefits.
Requirements
Strong background in customer service or hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Commerce7 and Tock preferred.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for wine and enhancing guest experiences.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
