Responsibilities:
– Schedule and coordinate medical transportation trips
– Dispatch drivers and monitor transportation routes
– Communicate with patients, drivers, facilities, and healthcare providers
– Handle schedule changes and last-minute transportation needs
– Maintain accurate trip and dispatch records
– Provide professional and compassionate customer service
Qualifications:
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Reliable and punctual
– Computer skills and attention to detail
– Previous dispatch, transportation, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred
Requirenments:
– Must be at least 23 years of age
– Must have a clean driving record
– Must have held a California driver’s license for at least 3 years
– Must be able to lift 140 lbs with a partner
