Green Phoenix Auto Repair is a small business in Salinas, CA 93901. We are supportive, data-driven and our goal is to build our future by doing things right one at a time. If you know how to diagnose check engine lights and drivability problems, then we need to talk.

We are Green Phoenix Automotive located in South Salinas. Multiple times, we have been awarded industry’s recognition for being Best Smog and repair shop in the County. We are looking for two team members who have the knowledge and experience to help diagnose and fix the vehicles. This is a long term growth oriented position.
Work typically includes Diagnosis and repair for Check engine lights, Smog Failures, Electrical concerns such as window not going up, or strange noises and other drivability concerns. You need to be able to comfortably diagnose and repair vehicles.
Our pay structure is straight forward. Pay range for a experienced tech is from $30.00 per hour to $50.00 per hour depending on your ability to diagnose and produce results.
We have a full training program to keep you well informed and educated. All of our training is at no cost to you and Free to you. If you do not know how to program computers and modules, it is ok. We have someone for that already. Also, if you are a great diagnostic tech, but don’t have a smog license than we can help you get licensed too. We will pay for the training and tests and when you get a smog license, your pay will increase and we will even give you a long term contract.
