Front of House
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and confident Host / Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role sets the tone for the entire dining experience. You’ll manage the front door, greet guests warmly, control seating flow, and communicate clearly with the service team to keep everything running smoothly. If you’re sharp, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy people, this role matters more than most — the host stand is the heartbeat of the restaurant.
What you’ll do
Greet all guests promptly and professionally with a welcoming attitude
Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-ins accurately
Control seating flow to balance the dining room and support servers
Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and management
Provide accurate wait times and updates to guests
Answer phones, handle basic guest questions, and assist with take-out or pickup if needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable host stand
Monitor guest needs and help resolve minor issues before they escalate
Support overall guest experience from arrival to departure
