Position Overview
Rava Ranches is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL-A Driver to support agricultural transportation operations. This position is responsible for hauling products, livestock feed, or materials while ensuring safe, timely, and compliant deliveries. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in operating Class A commercial vehicles in agricultural or rural settings.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate CDL-A vehicles in compliance with DOT and company safety regulations
Transport agricultural products, materials, or equipment as assigned
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
Secure loads properly to ensure safe transport
Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery paperwork, and required documentation
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned vehicle
Follow all safety policies and procedures
Assist with ranch or yard duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Valid California CDL Class A license
Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate
Clean driving record per company and insurance standards
Knowledge of DOT safety regulations
Agricultural, ranch, or rural driving experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings
Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Frequent climbing in and out of vehicles
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
