*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will assist customers, operate the cash register, and maintain a welcoming store environment.
*Responsibilities*
– Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and purchases
– Operate the cash register accurately for sales transactions
– Communicate effectively with customers and team members
– Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
– Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
– Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries
– Utilize sales techniques to promote products and increase revenue
*Qualifications*
– Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
– Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions
– Proficiency in using a cash register is a plus
– Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customers
– Food Handlers Card required
