We are currently hiring for multiple positions within Alila Ventana Big Sur.
- Seasonal Food & Beverage Service Leads to support our innovative outdoor food and beverage concept: Sur Stream. This vintage airstream-inspired outlet serves guests in an open-air setting and provides a dynamic and engaging hospitality experience.
- Food and Beverage Support Staff: work in our elegant and rustic restaurant with breathtaking views of the coast or poolside among the many Big Sur vistas on the property.
- Cook: Work in our luxury kitchen using locally sourced ingredients to create decadent meals and service

Compensation & Schedule:
- Base Pay Range: Dependent on position and experience, minimum is $16.90 for F&B roles, Guest Services positions start at $20
- Service Charge: Average additional earnings of $7–$9 per hour
- Gas Stipend: $15 per day for qualified colleagues
- Schedule: weekend and holiday availability required, typical shift time 9 am – 5 pm (subject to change based on needs)
