Community Human Worker

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: Approximately $20.00 per hour
The Community Human Worker provides direct support to shelter residents by connecting them with resources and services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake and orientation for new residents.
Assist clients in accessing housing, employment, healthcare, and community resources.
Maintain participant records and service documentation.
Provide support, encouragement, and referrals.
Coordinate with community partners and service providers.
Assist with workshops and life-skills activities.
