Account Executive – Modular Home & ADU Sales (In-Person, Salinas CA)

Framework First is a fast-growing modular home builder. We help California homeowners add ADUs and small homes for family and rental income.
We’re hiring an Account Executive who loves face-to-face selling, running a tight sales process, and getting paid well for performance.

All leads are inbound from our marketing (no door knocking, no cold calling)
Appointments set for you (factory tours, site visits, open houses)
High-ticket product: $180k–$500k contracts
Local territory centered around our Salinas factory
Proven sales system with training, scripts, and SOPs
Real upside: performance-based commission with six-figure earning potential when goals are hit (OTE: $40k-$200k)
We spend on ads to fill the pipeline. Your job is to convert serious buyers, not beg for attention.
What You’ll Do
Run in-person sales appointments with warm, pre-qualified homeowners
Lead factory tours and on-site property visits
Diagnose needs, present options, and walk clients through ADU decisions
Follow our defined sales process from first appointment through contract
Keep CRM, notes, and follow-ups tight
Coordinate with our internal team so clients feel guided, not lost
Who You Are
3+ years closing experience in high-ticket B2C (home improvement, real estate, solar, etc.)
Comfortable leading in-home or in-person appointments with families
Strong communicator: can explain complex projects simply
Competitive, self-managed, and numbers-driven
Coachable: follows a system, asks for feedback, wants to get better
Professional presence: on time, prepared, and buttoned-up
Who This Is NOT For
People who only want remote / Zoom-only sales
Order-takers who wait for buyers to sell themselves
Reps who resist structure, scripts, and tracking their numbers
Anyone uncomfortable talking about money and asking for the sale
Requirements
Proven sales track record (we will ask about your last 12 months’ numbers)
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to work from our Salinas factory plus travel to client sites
Willing to work some evenings / weekends for tours and events
Compensation & Details
Employment type: Full-time
Pay: commission + bonus (OTE: $40k-$200k)
Location: In-person at 1610 Moffett Street, Salinas CA
Start date: Immediate, once hired
