Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time (hours may vary based on availability), some weekend availability as needed
Assignment End Date: May 1, 2026 (additional assignments may be available)
Position Overview
Threshing Instruments LLC is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to serve as Petition Circulators. In this role, you will gather signatures in support of ballot initiatives within local communities. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to engage respectfully with the public.
Key Responsibilities
*Engage with community members to explain ballot initiatives clearly and professionally
*Gather valid signatures in compliance with state and local regulations
*Maintain accurate records and submit completed petitions as directed
*Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
*Work independently while meeting daily and weekly performance goals
Qualifications
*Must be at least 18 years of age
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
*Comfortable engaging with the public and handling rejection professionally
*Neat, clean, and professional appearance
*Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods
*Reliable transportation highly suggested
Compensation & Pay
*$30 per hour
*Weekly bonuses available
*Paid weekly
