PART-TIME POSITION OPEN AT A HOTEL IN PACIFIC GROVE (Pacific Grove)
compensation: 17.50/Hr. or DOE

We are an Inn located in a quiet and peaceful location in Pacific Grove, and we are looking to fill
a Front Desk Receptionist position. We are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, responsible, honest,
reliable, and a trustworthy person who can be a part of our team!
MUST BE AVAILBLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS!
Hospitality experience is strongly preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
-Greet customers and assist them with check in and check out process
-Must be good with computers – ability to learn hotel check in system
-Able to answer high volume phone calls and take guest reservations
-Provide excellent customer service with a smile!!!
-Must be flexible to work different shifts if needed
-Providing guests with toiletries, directions… etc.
We are looking for someone who is a pet lover, organized,
self-motivating, a multi-tasker, and one who has knowledge of the local Pacific Grove-Monterey-Carmel area.
You must be able to problem solve, as you will be dealing with people and making decisions on your own
during your shift. You will also be communicating with housekeeping staff and accommodating and completing tasks
related to guest request.
