Caregiver / Home Care Aide — Salinas, CA
Boundless Care Inc. is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers for non-medical home care assignments in Salinas.
Schedule: On-call / variable assignments based on client needs and caregiver availability. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities:
• Provide companionship and support with daily routines.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living, as assigned.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders within the caregiver’s permitted role.
• Assist with mobility according to the client’s care plan and caregiver training.
• Communicate client concerns and assignment updates to the BCI team.
Qualifications:
• Caregiving, home care, or senior-care experience preferred.
• Reliable communication and a respectful approach to client care.
• Ability to reliably travel to assignments in Salinas.
• Willingness to complete required screening, training, and onboarding.
• California Home Care Aide registration status will be verified during screening. If your status is unclear, please let us know.
