We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Remodel Laborer. This is a temporary position that involves assisting with the remodeling of swimming pools, including demolition, resurfacing, tile work, and surface application to ensure a high-quality, long-lasting finish. The ideal candidate will have experience with water jetting, demolition, tile work, plastering techniques, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Operate high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and prepare swimming pool surfaces.

·         Assist in the demolition, resurfacing, and remodeling of swimming pools.

·         Prepare pool surfaces by chipping, grinding, and sanding.

·         Install tile, coping, and other pool finishes.

·         Prepare pool surfaces by cleaning, patching, and ensuring proper adhesion of plaster.

·         Mix and apply plaster, pebble, or other pool finishes.

·         Use trowels and other hand tools to achieve a smooth and even surface.

·         Ensure proper curing and finishing of plaster to prevent cracks or imperfections.

·         Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely.

·         Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.

·         Perform other related duties as needed.

·         Maintain and clean tools and equipment after use.

Requirements:

·         Prior experience with water jetting and swimming pool remodeling required.

·         Prior experience in pool plastering required.

·         Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in outdoor conditions.

·         Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.

·         Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on time.

·         Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

·         Maintain a clean and organized work area.
