What We’re Looking For
We are currently looking for part-time or full-time candidates who reside within the Monterey County. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently and with team members. Since you will be working with a crew, you must be punctual & responsible with reliable transportation to and from work.
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; we provide extensive training that includes hands-on and being paid during training.
Responsibilities
As a Cleaning Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that the residential or commercial locations you service, serve the highest quality of cleaning services. A typical day will be visiting clients’ locations to clean their homes, offices, commercial retail spaces, and more so that they continue to have a clean environment. The service the specialist provides is in the field and is done in based on our clients’ needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, as required by State, Local, and/or Clients
Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to follow oral and written instructions, and perform routine, repetitive tasks
Must be able to speak, read, and write English & Spanish to communicate effectively with team members and clients
Must be able to be at work as scheduled and on time.
Ability to demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills
Must have your own transportation; including a valid driver’s license and car insurance
Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 40 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 40 pounds, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to work around cleaning products
Availability to work in shifts, early morning/daytime

Have knowledge of operating cleaning machines – Examples: Automatic floor scrubbing machines, floor buffers, and wet and dry vacuums
Have personal vehicle(s) used for work – Hourly wages vary depending on knowledge, experience, and transportation usage
