$22 to $30 per hour
We seek an Asst. Manager for our Castroville Facility. As part of the JW Management team, you will share responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the facility. Our facility provides flooring installation services for the local community on behalf of our Retail Business Partner. In this position, you will provide support for our customers, office staff, flooring installers & flooring contractors Review and respond to our qualifying questions and send your resume. Duties & Responsibilities Providing Customer Support Providing Support for the Facility Mgr, Office Staff, and Flooring Installers Day to Day Operations Forklift Operation Other assignments assigned by the Facility Manager, or Director of Operations, Requirements and skills: Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Detail-Oriented Ability to work in an office setting or in the field Ability to work with computer and mobile technology Frequently sit, stand, bend, lift, walk Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must be able to pass a drug test and background check Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license Must have a clean driving record Spanish speaker is a plus Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 – 5 years Salary: $22 – $30 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
