Part Time Hours 2:00 – 6:00 PM with opportunity for additional hours depending on School Calendar

20 – 25 hours per week with opportunity for additional hours depending on School Calendar.

The ideal candidate will be able to submit to a fingerprint background check and drug test prior to start date.

Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

Serves visitors (CYC members, CYC parents, vendors, contractors, etc.) by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system; manages and maintains internal membership program and payment system records; emails CYC members and parents as needed regarding membership payments and account status.

Receptionist Job Duties:

Welcomes CYC Members to the center and properly checks them into the system.
Welcomes visitors to the CYC by greeting them, welcoming them, appropriately directing them as needed, and answering questions as needed.
Maintains security protocols by following procedures; monitoring check-in sheets and logbook; issuing visitor badges, etc.
Answers the phone in a timely manner with pleasant professional greeting. Fielding the call as necessary by answering caller question(s), taking a message, and/or transferring the call as needed.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing additional administrative tasks and projects as needed.
