OVERVIEW
Escarraga’s Luxury Cleaning, Inc. is looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Cleaning Technicians. This position provides an opportunity to work in a variety of settings, ensuring clean and safe environments for our clients. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, enjoy being part of a team, take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services, and be available to work on weekends.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage depending on experience.

Capable of performing tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
Eager to learn new cleaning techniques and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Perform various cleaning tasks as assigned, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, and removing trash.
Adhere to company cleaning standards and procedures.
Collaborate with fellow cleaning technicians under the guidance of the Cleaning Technician Coordinator and Senior Cleaning Technician I/II
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
Follow all safety guidelines and report any hazards or concerns.
Use and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly.
Arrive to work in a clean company uniform and maintain a presentable and professional demeanor.
Additional Desirable Skills
Demonstrates the ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
Previous experience in cleaning (commercial, residential, or janitorial) is preferred but not essential.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is a strong asset.
Possesses a client-focused approach and good communication skills.
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license to safely use company vehicles
Salary
$18 – $20.99 per hour
