Customer Service Dispatcher

 

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responding to customer questions about products, services, policies, company information via phone, and email
  • Working with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Answering phones, redirecting calls and handling email inquires
  • Proving friendly and helpful support to customers
  • Prepares and updates field units and route schedules
  • Logs calls and service requests
  • Monitors and maintains multi-line communication systems
  • Organizes deployment strategy based on field personnel and urgency of requests
  • Utilizes computer-aided dispatch systems
  • Records accurate information such as location and time
  • Determines, monitors, and ensures the availability of units to dispatch

Requirements:

  • Must have great organizational skills
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Detailed-Oriented
  • Excellent coordination skill
  • Able to navigate email and computer
  • Bilingual a plus

 

Location: Salinas, CA

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
