Customer Service Dispatcher
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responding to customer questions about products, services, policies, company information via phone, and email
- Working with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Answering phones, redirecting calls and handling email inquires
- Proving friendly and helpful support to customers
- Prepares and updates field units and route schedules
- Logs calls and service requests
- Monitors and maintains multi-line communication systems
- Organizes deployment strategy based on field personnel and urgency of requests
- Utilizes computer-aided dispatch systems
- Records accurate information such as location and time
- Determines, monitors, and ensures the availability of units to dispatch
Requirements:
- Must have great organizational skills
- Multitasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Detailed-Oriented
- Excellent coordination skill
- Able to navigate email and computer
- Bilingual a plus
Location: Salinas, CA
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
