We’re seeking a results-driven hospitality leader to oversee Sales, Marketing, and Catering operations at our luxury hotel on the Monterey Peninsula. This senior executive role leads a high-performing team, drives revenue, develops key client relationships, and shapes the hotel’s strategic direction.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Sales & Catering Managers and hourly Coordinators.
Drive group, corporate, SMERFE, and catering revenue growth.
Develop and execute strategic sales, marketing, and event plans.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements.
Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
5–7+ years of progressive hotel sales and catering leadership experience, including executive-level management.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing large budgets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula market a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
$150,000–$210,000 salary range
