Job Opening: Insurance Agent Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our insurance agents in various administrative and customer service tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client communications, assisting with policy processing, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-up on quotes and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist insurance agents with daily administrative tasks and client inquiries
- Manage and respond to client communications via phone, email, and in-person
- Help with policy processing, renewals, and claims submissions
- Maintain organized records and client files in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for insurance agents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate reporting as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or insurance-related certification is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
