Job Duties for Event Setup Supervisor Position:
- Oversee daily operations by supervising the job sites, making sure all materials are delivered and set up for the events
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance or training as needed at different events
- Monitor equipment inventory, track usage, and coordinate repairs or replacements to maintain adequate stock levels
- Ensure accurate documentation of timecards, make sure all associates take their meal breaks
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Event Setup Supervisor Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record to travel to destinations
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
