Details for Event Setup Supervisor Position:

  • $19 – 20 / Hour
  • Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Event Setup Supervisor Position:

  • Oversee daily operations by supervising the job sites, making sure all materials are delivered and set up for the events
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance or training as needed at different events
  • Monitor equipment inventory, track usage, and coordinate repairs or replacements to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Ensure accurate documentation of timecards, make sure all associates take their meal breaks
  • Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
  • Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Event Setup Supervisor Position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record to travel to destinations
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
