We are currently seeking a motivated Onsite Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of IT services and support.
Position Summary:
As an Onsite IT Intern, you’ll work directly with our skilled technicians and consultants to support day-to-day operations, provide technical assistance, and learn the foundations of managed IT services. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable, real-world experience in helpdesk support, cybersecurity, network maintenance, and more—all while contributing to the success of local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues for clients (both remotely and onsite)
- Provide helpdesk support under the supervision of senior technicians
- Support hardware and software installations, updates, and maintenance
- Help monitor and maintain network systems and cybersecurity protocols
- Document technical processes and client support cases
- Shadow team members during client consultations and service calls
- Learn and assist with Business VoIP system setup and troubleshooting
- Participate in internal team meetings and training sessions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest in pursuing a career in Information Technology or related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common software
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn in a hands-on, professional environment
Internship Details:

Schedule: 32 hours/week
Duration: 8 weeks (with potential to extend or transition into a permanent role)
