Role Description
This is a full-time or part time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant.. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative support tasks, phone etiquette, communication with clients and scheduling of team members, assistant to our executive, and utilizing clerical skills in an office environment.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills (managing email, scheduling and client inquires)
Marketing efforts: Social media posts, email campaigns and follow up systems.
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft, Google Office suite (Adobe, Canva, Outlook)
Additional opportunities for media manager experience for key staff members, but not required.
