***Part-Time opportunity: MUST be able to work both Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, you need to have availability 2 other days during the week***
The UPS Stores in Carmel, Mid Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove and Seaside are locally owned and operated franchises!
We are separate / not affiliated with UPS and are our own individual packing / handling franchise.
** We are hiring for permanent, long term positions. We do not hire for SUMMER ONLY. **
Right now, we’re looking to hire dedicated, supportive, and team-oriented UPS Store Retail Sales / Customer Service Associates to our growing team! We own 5 stores in Carmel, Mid Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove & Seaside where you’ll be needed.
Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate Benefits:

Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, Customer Service, Printing, Notary, Hospitality, or related experience required
- CA Notary Commission preferred but not required
- Available to work Saturdays & Sundays
- Willing to undergo a federal background check (to qualify for notary license)
Retail Sales / Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Greeting & directing customers coming into our stores
- Providing business service support to our customers
- Packaging, handling, and shipping out goods, letters, and an array of items for our clients
- Providing accurate information (product features, pricing, etc.)
- Managing returns of merchandise
- Other duties within the role as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
