The Monterey County Works Technology Cadre - Social Media Program focuses on driving equal opportunity and access in communities across the US. All accepted Employer Partners are required to: 1) attend prerequisite program meetings, and 2) be committed to host a part-time intern.(Required)

All applicants should be aware that as an Employer Partner, you'll be connected to qualified, vetted, and trained social media and digital marketing interns. We also work with a number of partners to fund your intern as to not add any financial burden to you. Please note that the Monterey County Workforce Development Board will also have their own requirements in place in order to receive access to their funding and resources, and your ability to participate is contingent on meeting these requirements and completing all necessary paperwork prior to getting started with Technology Cadre. Please note that once selected, your intern's wages will be paid by a combination of both the Monterey County Workforce Development Board and partners. To that end, you will have to complete their paperwork and enrollment process. Please confirm that you understand.(Required)
