+ About the job:
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, phone support, and document processing while ensuring
accuracy and professionalism. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective
communication with diverse populations.

+ We’re looking for someone who:
• Is punctual, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused on tasks for extended periods
• Communicates clearly and professionally in person, over the phone, and by email
• Has strong customer service skills and experience with multi-line phone systems
• Is comfortable working with computers and databases
• (Preferred) Is bilingual in English and Spanish

+ What you’ll do:
• Perform data entry and process confidential documents
• Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to a diverse community
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of clerical tasks
• Support additional administrative duties as needed
