Position Overview
Aflac is seeking motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agents / Sales Representatives to help individuals and businesses protect what matters most. This role is ideal for self-driven professionals who enjoy building relationships, educating clients, and working toward performance-based income opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Market and sell Aflac insurance products to individuals and businesses
Educate clients on insurance options and coverage benefits
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Manage client accounts and provide ongoing customer service
Meet or exceed sales and performance goals
Maintain accurate records and comply with all company and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Comfortable with performance-based compensation
Ability to obtain and maintain a California insurance license (training provided)
Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
