Want to develop skills in aviation manufacturing that may lead to a good-paying career? Monterey County Works is partnering with Joby Aviation and is currently recruiting up to 15 interns, ages 18-24 (must be out of school), for this Summer 2026 Internship.
What’s in it for you?

- Shadow Composite Parts Manufacturing Technicians to learn aerospace production processes, like trimming and autoclave operation.
- Shadow Inventory Associates to learn aerospace manufacturing inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- An opportunity to build new skills, including learning how to create an effective résumé, creating a LinkedIn profile, and practicing key networking and interviewing strategies.
